CHALLENGE

When SludgeHammer Group came to Keep It Real Social, they were looking for more than just social media marketing support. They needed help across multiple areas, including graphic design, digital advertising, photography, and overall brand messaging. As a company operating in a very specific biotechnology niche, one of their biggest challenges was finding a marketing partner who could truly understand their solutions and communicate them clearly. SOLUTION

The solution was to build a thoughtful social media strategy focused on increasing campaign awareness organically while clearly educating the audience on SludgeHammer’s unique technology.     RESULTS

    The results have been outstanding. Since working together, SludgeHammer has gained thousands of new organic followers, reached millions of impressions across social platforms, and social media is now a top-five traffic source, driving visitors to their website. Paid social campaigns also generated more than 450 qualified leads between 2024 and 2025.

    In addition, the SludgeHammer brand has been elevated through upgraded brochures, distributor marketing materials, conference-specific marketing pieces, and large-format conference banners, creating a more polished and consistent presence across both digital and in-person touchpoints.
