From 2019 through 2020, we had the pleasure of working with Downtown Petoskey and their management board. They came to us with the challenge of shifting their offline marketing budget to focus on social media growth and reach to attract locals and visitors to the downtown shopping, restaurants, galleries, businesses, and events. Their new budget included education and training for their Downtown Promotions Coordinator, social media advertising, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
