Crooked Tree Wellness Clinic became a Keep it Real Social’s client in February of 2023. We developed a social media marketing strategy to help them gain new patients for their healthcare clinic, accepting anyone whose primary health insurance is Medicaid.

CHALLENGE

In the spring of 2024, the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians received grant funding through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for a Vaccine Awarness Campaign. The challenge was to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign targeting specific demographics to ensure broad vaccine coverage and increase public awareness of the importance of COVID vaccination and other vaccines.

SOLUTION

Keep it Real Social was familiar with the five county regions and demographics, having had Crooked Tree Wellness Clinic, a Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians program, as a client for over a year. We were awarded the bid and developed a comprehensive marketing campaign using billboards, postcards, radio ads, social media ads, Google ads, and an SEO-optimized website landing page. Our team developed the strategic plan, messaging, graphic design, radio scripts, web page development, and digital ad creation and management.

RESULTS

The campaign ran from April 2024 to June 2024. In total, through Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Ads, a targeted direct mail campaign, 222 radio ads, three billboards for three months in two different counties, and an SEO-optimized website landing page, we garnered 4,612,611 impressions and reached 552,693 people. The goal was awarness throughout five counties, and our comprehensive campaign accomplished this. It also resulted in Crooked Tree Wellness Clinic increasing its new patient numbers and vaccinations.
